The material management for customer service by Pronology

For the whole scene of material control, our company has certificated by ISO-9001. We have established SOP of『Inventory management』and 『Material controlling』, combine these with supporting and application of ERP system that helps the operation of management getting more rigorous and efficient.
For all operation management processes listed above that we are providing several material management modes to customer:
1. Partial turnkey materials: partial turnkey through Pronology and managed by ERP.
2. Full turnkey materials: full turnkey through Pronology and managed by ERP.
3. Customer consigns all materials: managed by inventory division with none ERP supporting.
4. Customer consigns all materials: managed by Pronology through ERP system.
We are providing variety of reports to customer:
Daily:Material shortage list – This list contains material shortage information of
customer ordering.
Customer material receiving/acceptance daily report – information of
customer furnish/transfer material and QC supporting information.
Weekly:Defective of customer’s consign material list – handled by customer.
Monthly:Customer specific material list – idle material handling.
Inventory of customer’s consign material reporting – including idle material return handling
